Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
Dutch singer-songwriter Pieternel releases the acoustic version of The Harbor. Its calm guitar melodies swirl peacefully like nighttime ocean waves. The vocals sound wonderful, adding just the right amount of texture to the composition.
The lyrics are well-written, and they have become somewhat of a mantra for Pieternel. Sometimes she gets discouraged that she still isn’t with that special someone. This song, however, reminds her (and us) to stay positive and open-hearted that love will eventually present itself.
