Molly O’Leary (they/them) is an indie folk/rock singer-songwriter from New Bedford, Massachusetts. Their song, The Hermit And The Witch, taken from the album Marigold, has wonderful guitar melodies that make the instrumental flow smoothly. There’s also cool trombone work here for greater impact. The vocals typically have a dreamy quality with some dynamic moments interspersed.
The Hermit And The Witch really takes you away from reality. Molly’s sound and lyrics speak to the heart, not only on the surface but also within.
