Sparked is the second single from Permadeaf’s upcoming album Emergence. And, yesss, this counts as a banger. The synths are kicking in, bouncing like 80s dancers from the foreground to background. Their choreography feels so slick. Tasty guitar parts provide the needed variety. Layered vocals become the vessel that transports everything.
Sparked examines how love, loss, and electronic metamorphosis will affect the future. It sounds very sci-fi-like, which is cool, let’s face it.
