Frances Whitney grew up in San Francisco, California, and identifies as a songwriter first and foremost. She releases her new single, Still Have July. Its up-tempo production, fueled by guitars and drums, makes the summer come out of the speakers. The vocals feel heartfelt, as they successively address the moon and the sun.
Whitney hopes this song captures the sensation-filled, magnified experience of building chemistry with someone. She recounts her summer love experiences in her own unique way.
