Canadian duo Fionn have released a new single called Bad at Being Casual. It’s driven by powerful rhythms. I like the alt-rock kind of guitar that sets the melody in motion as well. The vocals are active, but not too much, which makes them feel harmonious.
By drawing attention to the common dichotomy between detached facades and the vulnerable self, the lyrics present a veiled commentary on the messy complexities of casual connections.
