Edinburgh-based alt-pop trio racecar have released the fourth single from their upcoming sophomore album, Got You Into It. It features pop and rock-inspired sounds that remind me of Queen at times. However, racecars add their own signature style as well. The vocals unfold with a big impact.
The lyrics of this song invoke the familiar feeling of trying to play it cool but revealing yourself to be, perhaps, a mess or uncool or vulnerable. Well, in the end, I think it’s best to just be yourself. You’re good as you are, right?
