Singer-songwriter Poeina recently debuted Unloveable. It starts with her recalling how much she loved her special one, describing them as their “rock” during tough times. This sets up the stark contrast between past happiness and present despair. As the lyrics unfold, we see Poeina struggling to understand why her partner wasn’t enough to keep the relationship intact.
Unloveable features violin by Jennifer Fagre and violin by vibraphones by Alex Burke, harp by Raelyn Olson, cornets by Thomas Deakin, stand-up bass by Jake Leckie, and stand-up bass by Thomas Deakin. So, as you can see, the arrangement is totally organic. The vocals are dynamic, hopping from note to note so fluidly.
Poeina is always looking for exciting ways to expand her style. Unloveable will be part of your soul. Check it out below!
