Singer-songwriter Isabel Harouny releases her new single, The One. Its lyrics reflect on the pain and regret of losing a significant romantic relationship. Isabel reminisces about a kind of love that she had never experienced before and laments overthinking and self-doubt that led to the relationship’s end.
The One has smooth pop instrumentation, anchored by bouncy bass lines, sparkly synths, and punchy drums. The vocals manage to be extremely on point while being somewhat dreamy. I love the chorus.
Harouny puts herself on the map here. The One is the song that we believe you’ll be listening to in the coming weeks. Check it out below!
