Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
Singer-songwriter KARINA releases her demo, bed of flowers. She muses on the pain of separating and the bittersweet memories left behind. Although the tone is melancholy, there’s an accepting attitude and resignation towards the cyclical nature of relationships.
An acoustic guitar leads the melody forward here. I love how the vocals fill the rest of the painting, making you feel at one with it. As for the second half, there’s some clever layering.
KARINA seems unstoppable. She isn’t aiming to slow down, but to bring the best music possible. Check out bed of flowers (demo) below!
