Pop darling Madisyn Gifford releases her new single, called Fast One. It deals with the aftermath of being ghosted by a love interest, picturing the betrayal common to such experiences. In spite of the heavy theme, the song also incorporates humor to shed light on the irony and absurdity of short-lived relationships causing significant impact.
Fast One has acoustic touches that make the production full of color. I admire how confident the vocals are in their delivery, they sound absolutely charming. The chorus feels creative rather than straightforward, let that be a big plus.
