London-based indie Francesca Everly continues the summer vibe with Golden Days. It features uplifting guitar-driven instrumentals in the style of Lizzie McAlpine and Noah Kahan. I find the vocals to be pretty powerful, notably during the last portion when their intensity increases. Things take a unexpected turn this way.
The lyrics have warmth to them. They take you back to a time when life was rosy most of the time and no adult problems existed. You spent your days doing fun things, not going through the mundane routine. It’s a sad fact that some things change as you age.
I think Everly is super talented and her name has high value. You know in advance what she’ll deliver is good. Check out Golden Days below!
