Zëta Ræ continues to make waves on her new single, EGO. It indicates intense frustration and disdain towards someone with an inflated ego and a narcissistic personality. Zëta describes this person as pompous, insufferable, and full of themselves, noting how their overconfidence is off-putting and even nauseating.
EGO feels like an extension of what Charli XCX does, but with a more experimental approach. I love the glossy electronic textures that parade with attitude. While listening, it’s impossible to sit still.
