Boorloo/Perth-born and raised artist Laura Adeline is undergoing a creative and personal transition. She makes this plain through Curbside. The song talks about how difficult saying goodbye to someone special is. You keep thinking about them and can’t let go. They still have you in their grip.
Curbside uses cool guitar riffs that are joined by electronic drums and synths. It produces a richly textured sound. The R&B-like beat fits well into the surrounding environment. The vocals flow peacefully, making you almost forget about your own troubles.
