Singer-songwriter KAYLA STEWART releases her new single, Weather Well. It talks about a relationship that couldn’t withstand difficulties and ultimately fell apart. STEWART expresses feelings of disappointment and heartbreak, acknowledging that despite efforts to make things work, nothing could be done. And perhaps for the better, since things were quite toxic. Sometimes letting go is the key to finding happiness.
Weather Well has a fiery instrumental that shows how modern pop should sound in all its glory. I especially like the guitar chords that weave like a web over the drums. The vocals are of crisp quality and have a personal feeling built into them.
