Australian singer/songwriter Lucille Two releases her new single, It Won’t Be Long. She dwells on feelings of loneliness and the repetitive nature of her days, implying a feeling of being stuck or trapped in her current circumstances. Therefore, she longs for a change or escape, as she imagines different ways of living.
The lyrics really make you stop and think about stuff. And they give you nice visuals in your head, if that makes sense. Musically, it’s all brilliant. The indie pop melodies are well-structured and can get you moving. The vocals deserve praise as well for their convincing adequacy.
