Singer-songwriter Sydney Lauren tells stories through her music. She drops Childhood Bedroom. It’s about remembering when you had no obligations as a kid. You were free to do whatever you wanted. Having fun was the only rule you were supposed to follow. Those were exciting times, weren’t they?
Childhood Bedroom has great pop instrumentals infused with a touch of country. I like how everything sounds so upbeat and really carries you along. The vocals feel reflective while keeping pace with the production. Brilliant stuff all around.
