autumn in july release their new single, flower fade. It’s about the fact that even though you know people come and go, you still want a specific person to stay with you, whether you’ve to change or not. The lyrics are sharp, like the thorns on a rose.
flower fade has an acoustic aesthetic, centered around guitar. The vocals are sincere and give credibility to the song’s emotional context. Although this sounds simple, it certainly isn’t. So kudos to autumn in july.
