Belgian artist Tessa Dixson recently released the deluxe version of her EP, I Thought I Was Dreaming But It Was Just a Glitch. It features the empowering lead single Potential.
The song is about letting go of self-criticism and looking at the future with fresh eyes. Deep down, you’re way tougher than you give yourself credit for. It’s time to grab those keys, open that door, and welcome in some happiness for a change. No more letting fear hold you back.
Potential can sometimes sound quite abstract with hard-hitting 808s that seem to come right out of the speakers. The vocals are dynamic and have no problem keeping up with the raw power of the backdrop. Great production, all in all.
Dixson never takes the easy road, preferring to listen to her soul instead. Potential has true potential. Check it out below!
