Capitane Records presents Reverse Waterfall the first single from Franco-Swedish musician Lisa Li-Lund’s upcoming album Born From Death, set for release in 2025.
The song is based on a question Lisa received, namely which animal she would like to be. She replied that she actually preferred not to be an animal, but rather a waterfall, because a waterfall can sustain life, hide you, shelter you, but also crush you if you’re not careful. The lyrics place you between chaos and calm.
The instrumentation is fairly minimalistic, but still with determination. This means the melody never fades away. The vocals are beautiful and shimmer through an oasis of dreaminess.
Lisa is doing good business here again. She has a unique way of expressing herself and I appreciate that. Check out Reserve Waterfall below!
