London pop artist Amelie Jat releases her new single, boys like you (leave girls dead inside). It’s about how she experienced a break-up. By reflecting on what happened, she tries to draw conclusions. Her absolute favorite line is. “I see you lying with your series of numbers in a beautiful line”. because it unleashes her strongest emotions. You can clearly see that Amelie isn’t happy with how things turned out.
Musically, boys like you (leave girls dead inside) has great potential. I especially like the drumming that brings out the dynamic aspect of the production during the final chorus. The vocals are nicely balanced and float smoothly across the track.
