Singer-songwriter Lauren Rintoul releases her latest single, collateral. The lyrics are compelling, as she discusses a situation where you’re still hung up on your ex and this new relationship was never meant to be serious. You know the other person caught feelings, but you can’t reciprocate them in the same way.
collateral uses various electro-pop textures, which can sometimes be quite quirky, such as in the chorus. And the vocals reverberate well throughout. It’s like they’re doing a choreographed dance within the music itself.
