Toronto-based Amy Pinkus makes indie-pop music. She releases her new single, Hypothetically Leaving. It has a catchy, slow-building alt-pop production that quickly captures your heart. One of its best features lies in its guitar work, which is mystical rather than straightforward. The vocals are wonderful, expressing the lyrics so well.
Hypothetically Leaving explores the fear of losing someone you love. It’s like your mind starts spinning out of control, imagining the worst-case scenario of them walking out the door. Even though it’s just a “what if” situation, the pain of potentially losing them feels tough.
Pinkus once again shares her innermost thoughts with us in an impactful way. Check out Hypothetically Leaving below!
