Norwegian singer-songwriter TULLE releases her new single, Devil In The Dessert. It tackles the timeless dilemma of craving everything life has to offer. You dream of celebrity status, rolling in dough, the whole thing. But then everything veers into gloomier territory, pulling you into the harsh reality that pursuing those desires can seriously affect your mental health.
TULLE wrote this one with Truls Andersen on production, and they successfully achieved that timeless yet modern alternative folk sound. Her edgy, compelling vocals and storytelling are front and center with the stripped-back guitar-driven instrumentation.
