Creative artist Lisa Crawley has returned to the spotlight with her latest single, The Gatekeeper. The song talks about standing your ground and keeping out anyone who doesn’t deserve to be around you. The lyrics truly serve as a call to never forget how valuable you are.
The song’s accompanying documentary-style clip stars actor and musician Paul Adelstein (from The Menu and Prison Break). It shows different guys entering Lisa’s life and telling her what her songs need and why she’s not more popular. She admits, “It felt a bit too relatable.”
The Gatekeeper possesses an amazing sonic aesthetic, with catchy instrumentals that meld harmoniously into one another. The vocals have much identity, so make sure you pay close attention to them.
