Huarinami is a French London-based four-piece. With lyrics that oscillate between yearning, insecurity, and fleeting moments of emotional clarity, their new single, Work It Out, depicts the state of mind of someone caught in their own thoughts, but finding solace and identity in the presence of another.
The nostalgic production wraps these emotions in a hazy, comforting soundscape. Think: soft guitars, solid drumming, and a lo-fi edge that gives it that bedroom pop intimacy. The vocals add to the vulnerability of the song.
Work It Out recalls artists like Clairo, Men I Trust, or Japanese Breakfast, where retro elements meet modern melancholy. Start listening below!
