There comes a moment in life when you stand at a crossroads, when holding on becomes heavier than letting go. For Isolde Molarin, that moment inspired her new single Someone Better, released on May 30. It talks about the courage to walk away from toxic love and the strength to choose yourself above all else.
Isolde says, “Someone Better is the first ‘happy’ song I’ve made. I’ve always wondered what it would sound like if I tried, or if it was even possible.”
With warm, dreamy textures, layered brass, and intricate percussion, Isolde manages to create a sonic atmosphere that’s totally absorbing. She sings beautifully as well.
