Michelle Núñez is an Afro-Dominican multidisciplinary artist whose work spans film, television, theater, music, and poetry. She releases her debut single, making the most of it. The song explores the experience of holding onto memories of a past life or relationship that’s now gone, and the pain of realizing that a vital piece of yourself no longer exists.
The production sounds amazing here. While the vocals and ambient layers depict fragility and introspection, the strong, steady drums give the song weight and momentum.
