Philadelphia-born, LA-based singer/songwriter Almondmilkhunni shares her new single, New Jerzey. Its lyrics talk about a woman from New Jersey who’s tough, emotionally guarded, and unpredictable like a “natural disaster”. However, Almondmilkhunni is drawn to her despite the risk of getting hurt.
The song’s production has some nice contradictions, moving between pure indie electronic and an acoustic framework. The vocals are distinctive, enchanting you to the core.
