Norwegian singer and keyboardist, Marte Eberson, has made a big impact with her music in a lot of different genres. She shares her new single, Warm Summer Day, featuring fellow indie artist Vaarin. It describes a hot summer day that seems strangely off in spite of being sweltering. The lyrics are compelling with their poetic undertones.
Warm Summer Day uses Lana Del Rey-esque indie instrumentation that instantly hypnotizes you. The vocals are wonderful, tackling momentum at the right moments. The chorus deserves a shout-out for being so catchy.
