With LA Boy, emerging singer-songwwriter Tanja takes on the city’s most polished cliché: the gym-toned, affirmation-quoting man-child. Behind the filters and fitness routines, she finds fragile egos and paper-thin depth, holding up a mirror that’s as unforgiving as it is sparkly.
I love the song’s production. Its breezy hooks and playful production sugarcoat the bitterness, making it a song you’ll dance to even as you cringe in recognition.
