Eclectic outfit Queen Colobus are back, and they’re bringing the heat again. Their new single Flare, out now, fuses UK jazz grooves with indie-guitar fire and Beth Hopkins’ soulful vocals.
The lyrics tumble through the maze of feeling invisible, like “splashing around in a sea that’s too busy to notice you,” capturing overwhelm with an cinematic intensity. They’ll quickly immerse you.
