Stockholm-based, Texas-raised singer-songwriter Mike Äpt recently dropped Woke Up, a track off his debut EP Overcome. It talks all the things we have seen in the fake love around us, and others could see even when they don’t say them out loud. The way in which the story is told works.
I’m impressed with the music production of this song, which features beautiful piano melodies and intriguing guitar riffs. The vocals are amazing, and the choir behind them finishes things off beautifully.
