Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
RAEL (Rae and Elias) are two UNI friends, and they have just released their new single, Imposter Syndrome. It has bouncy guitars, keyboard riffs, tight horns and expressive vocals that mesh well together. The chorus is easily one of my favorite parts mainly because of how catchy it sounds.
The lyrics are thoughtful. Inspired by the feeling that everyone else seems to have it all together (except you), they capture Gen Z’s tendency of laughing through social tragedies as a quirky coping mechanism.
With Imposter Syndrome, RAEL has placed themselves on the right track. Check it out below!
