German-American artist Chris James releases his new single, Damn Good Life. Rather than indulging in anger or regret, the song focuses on a subtler, more complicated type of heartbreak, the kind that comes from watching someone you love leave, and wishing them success in whatever they do.
A traditional pop production accompanies the narrative. I really like how it builds from beginning to end. The vocals are crystal clear and they especially stick out during the chorus.
