Fast-rising country singer-songwriter Jade Hilton shares her first new release in nearly a year, Carolina Blue. It looks back on her university tennis days and a fleeting encounter with a rival. The lyrics are personal, but they contain some sentiments that others can relate to as well.
Hilton’s vocals are beautiful throughout, embodying much enthusiasm. The instrumental sounds brilliant, and is characterized by underlying nostalgic echoes that conjure up old memories.
