Her Name fuses lo-fi beats and intimate acoustic instruments, evolving from a minimalist first verse to a bouncy, danceable fullness. At first listen, “Her Name” seems lighthearted, but a whisper track, fluttering bass lines, and back-up vocals crooning “who?” add to the visceral under-your-skin feeling of this song.
