Tory Silver’s new single Microwave is out now. It talks about the mundane, but it treats the mundane like it matters. Because it does.
The production doesn’t let the subject stay small. Heavy guitars push against the ordinary, giving the everyday a weight it rarely gets to wear, while the choruses open up into something genuinely infectious. The vocals are very steady all the way through.
