Lihi is an independent pop artist from Bangkok, now based in Liverpool. Her latest release, Sink In, talks about the frustration of saying something that clearly means no and watching someone hear maybe instead.
The hook anchors everything. “Let that sink in” means both to affirm and to remind us that rejection doesn’t demand a reason.
I love the production here, which features bubbly pop textures, but also gritty guitars. The vocals are well-suited to everything else, making them next level.
