Blanket Of Dust is the focus track for Nina June’s album Seal Skin ~ Anthems of a Woman. Its lyrics move through fire, dust and two souls dancing on a wire, painting a world where beauty and danger share the same sky and love is the only thing that stays constant underneath it.
With sparse, expansive folk instrumentals that feels ancient and immediate at once, the production utilizes the space it occupies. The vocals are legendary, emitted from a place of pure emotion.
