There’s a version of you that never really left. The one who felt everything too loudly, saw through everything too clearly, and had absolutely no patience for any of it. Filiah didn’t outgrow her, she gave her a microphone.
Method Acting hits immediately. It comes with a driving beat that doesn’t apologize, alt-pop production that pulls from the same world as Hayley Williams, Men I Trust and Alice Phoebe Lou without sounding like any of them, and a nervous, electric energy running underneath every hook. The anxiety is real but so is the warmth hiding inside it.
The cinematic video traces the stages of female rage with the level of intensity that makes you realize how rarely that story actually gets told properly.
