Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
Not everyone processes the world the same way. Some people feel the edges of things more sharply, tend to take other people’s emotions home without meaning to, and spend a lot of time in their own head trying to make sense of all of it. Singer-songwriter Liv Leemon wrote Orange Ladybugs for exactly those people, and they’ll recognize themselves in it immediately.
I love the sound here, which is indie-rock-inspired and fun. The guitars and drums have a way of really getting your body moving. The vocals sound wonderful, dealing with emotions powerfully.
