Grits & Greens’ new single, Answers, was born at the kitchen sink. Sorting through emotions on a problem with no clear solution, the line came: it doesn’t have to be right now for it to be alright now. A small, but deep realization that peace and clarity don’t always come together, and that’s okay.
The demo started the next morning. The finished version has been recorded at the legendary Fame Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, funded by a handful of generous fans, and carries every bit of that history and that heart in its bones.
