blunnii (rhymes with honey) is a Los Angeles-based indie pop duo. They deliver with their new single, Don’t Forget Me. The song talks of the longing to be present in a relationship which is constantly tested by distance and time apart. At its core, it’s a reassurance to a partner: even as you chase everything else in life, you still hope to come home to someone who understands.
I’m impressed the production here, which is dominated by dreamy pop textures. The vocals sound beautiful, classical in delivery, but powerful in impact. You’ll love them.
