Folly Tree (Alex Moshe), a musician, guitarist, and producer who released the critically acclaimed Remedies album on Raw Tapes two years ago, is releasing Danger, the first single from her forthcoming album. It has indie pop textures that feel both fresh and bold. The vocals are dreamy, but convincing nonetheless.
Danger explores the moment when one realizes the person perceived as a protector is actually the offender. The song opens with a direct, personal statement: “My dogs sit at my doorstep, watching my back.” For Moshe, these dogs are more than a mere metaphor, they’re the most loyal and precious protectors of her heart.
