dilba is a Swedish artist and songwriter, operating in the indie pop genre while drawing influences from rock and R&B. Last Friday, she released her debut album typical me, including the focus single waiting room. Through its intimate and confessional songwriting, the track captures the feeling of being stuck in a mental waiting room, a space in your mind where you keep holding on to something that was never truly meant for you. The lyrics are so thoughtful, making you lose yourself in them.
