In the mood for some brilliant alt-pop? Then you have to listen to just my luck by Montreal-based artist MEGGO, the 2nd Chapter of her eavesdropper trilogy due out July 17th. The song has fantastic elements, such as the drums during the chorus that hold steady momentum. The vocals are also beautiful, especially when they glide over unusual melodic lines.
just my luck talks about letting go of grudges and trying to forgive yourself. Holding onto pain forever isn’t good, because it only leads to sadness. It’s compassion that brings change in the end.
