London-based singer-songwriter Alicia Clifford kicks off a brand new era by releasing Disposable. The song features cool guitar playing with powerful dynamics, especially during the chorus. The drums also impress due to their punchiness. As for the layered harmonies, they sound fantastic to me.
Disposable tells the story of falling for the wrong person, ignoring the warning signs, and dealing with the aftermath. But instead of becoming a heartbreak song, Alicia turns it into something anthemic and more freeing.
