The Moving Stills usher in their next era with the release of their autobiographical new single, Rock Band. It aims to inspire people to believe in the dreams they have, and perhaps even start a rock band themselves. The lyrics are all about just going for it and not paying too much attention to what others say; ultimately, you have to follow your own path.
The instrumentation remains relatively understated, which works perfectly here. The vocals have a pop sensibility and follow a lovely melodic pattern throughout.
