Los Angeles-based act ill peach is releasing RODEO as part of their new album, EAVESDROPPING. The track features cool instrumentation that not only drives the sound forward but is also incredibly catchy, topped with fantastic, atmospheric vocals.
RODEO talks about how little time we actually have and how instead of trying to hold the reins of life and guide it, sometimes you gotta let it guide you. The lyrics really resonate when you hear them.
ill peach didn’t want the music video to be too literal, so they connected the concept to the clothes they wear every day. In the video, the clothing acts as an invisible force pulling Jess in every direction, until she finally surrenders to it and is completely consumed. It might sound a bit cliché, but if you trust in the things that help you along the way, things usually work out.
