Beth Duggan is releasing her original single, Make A Scene. Produced and arranged by Lonely Gimmick, the track sounds fantastic. It features prominent Motown-style basslines and dramatic synths that drive things forward. While it has a sort of 60s/70s vibe, it never feels overly retro; it remains engaging for modern audiences as well.
The lyrics are significantly strong here. They offer an innocent perspective on losing a partner to another woman and the way that experience can transform you.
